Join us for the 7AM CLUB, a dynamic barre fitness class designed to tone and strengthen your entire body. In this 50-minute class, you’ll be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity movements that focus on improving flexibility and building long, lean muscles. Using light hand weights, a resistance tube, and a ball, each movement targets different muscle groups, delivering a full-body workout that sculpts and energizes.
